Hygiene
Prior to your body care treatment appointment, please shower or freshen up if possible. Alternatively, you can arrive 10 minutes earlier and to freshen up at the salon. Clients are provided with refresher towelettes as required and disposable underwear.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to all services.
Cancellations
Fiona asks that you kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours-notice for cancellations of any appointment. Fiona understands that circumstances can change suddenly however late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
